SERIES OF 1982
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BENCHMARK ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado did
enter into a Contract Agreement, dated August 24, 1982, with B&B
Excavating, Inc. for the construction of Benchmark Road Improve-
ments; and
WHEREAS, B&B Excavating, Inc. has satisfactorily
completed all work in accordance with the Contract Agreement, and
with all construction.being substantially complete as of September
24, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the Contract Agreement calls for a warranty
period of one year from the date of substantial completion;
NOW,':-THEREFORE, BE,IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN.OF AVON, COLORADO:
THAT, the construction of Benchmark Road Improvements,
by B&B: Excavating, Inc.,__is accepted by the Town of Avon as
complete and_the warranty period shall be in effect from September
24, 1982 until September 24, 1983.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of-the Town
Council of the Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, the 23rd day
of November, 1982.
