RESOLUTION NO.#82-33
SERIES OF 1982
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A TRANSIT FUND AND APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FOR 1983.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
Colorado, is desirous of establishing a Bus Transit System
for the Town, and;
WHEREAS, the Transit System will be funded by
the Town and contributions from the private sector,, and;
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the Transit
,System for 1983 is $120,000, and;
WHEREAS, the Town Council has diverted funds
from the 1983.Budget to the Transit System to provide the
Town's estimated share of the cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Town
Council of the Town of Avon, Colorado, as follows:
SECTION 1
That there is hereby created a Transit Fund to
be part of the Town's 1983 Budget.
That the following sums are hereby appropriated
in the Transit Fund Budget for 1983:

That the Town Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized to make the appropriate adjustments
to the 1983 Budget.
