A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A DEPUTY CLERK
BE IT RESOLVED THAT Lindal Jean Paradee is appointed
Deputy Clerk of the Town of Avon, Colorado.. Said Deputy
Clerk to have the authority of the Town Clerk when the said
Clerk is absent or unable to serve. When the employment of
said Linda Jean Paradee is terminated by the Town of Avon
for whatever reason, the authority granted hereunder:-shall
immediately expire.
