A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE DEBT SERVICE
FUND AND AMENDING THE PUBLIC WORKS FUND.
WHEREAS, the Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado has approved
a 1982 Budget, and;
WHEREAS, the Colorado Budget law requires that a budget be
established for Debt Service, and;
WHEREAS, funds for Debt Service have been provided for in the-
Public Works fund.
NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF AVON, COLORADO; that:
Sectional. The following revenues and expenditures are hereby
amended for the 1982 Debt Service Fund:
Revenues: Public Works Fund $140,585
Expenditures: Debt Service $140-31585
Section 2. The following Expenditures are hereby amended for
the 1982 Public Works Fund:
Expenditures: Debt Service C$145,555)
Transfer to Debt
Service Fund $145,585
Section 3. The Town Manager and Finance Director are
hereby authorized to make the above amendments to the Town of Avon's 1982 Budget.'"
