AMENDED RESOLUTION ADOPTING SUPPLEMENTARY
BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION
AN AMENDED RESOLUTION ADOPTING A
BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION FOR THE

FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE FIR
JANUARY, 1980, AND ENDING ON THE
OF DECEMBER, 1980.

WHEREAS, the annual budget for the Town of Avon, Eagle
County, Colorado, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1980,
and ending December 31, 1980, has been prepared and submitted to the
Town Council of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, said Council held a public hearing on said
budget and approved said budget and made appropriations in
accordance therewith; and
WHEREAS, it has become apparent that certain adjustments
are necessary to reflect unanticipated revenues and revenues not
assured at the time of the adoption of said budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO:
Section 1. That the 1980 budget as it relates to the
Public Works Fund is amended by the additional expenditure of
$300,000.00.
Section 2. That the 1980 budget as it relates to the
General Fund is amended by the additional expenditure of
$141,900.00, budgeted as follows:
Town Attorney $ 2,000.00
Municipal Court $ 1,200.00
Town Clerk $ 1,250.00
Financial Administration $ 6,000.00
General Administrative Support $20,650.00
Police $26,600.00
Public Works $60,500.00
Parks and Recreation $34,835.00
Section 3. That the revised budget for the Town of
Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, for the fiscal year beginning
January 1, 1980, and ending December 31, 1980, as heretofore
submitted to the Town Council, and as changed and amended by said
Council be, and the same hereby is adopted and approved as the
budget for the Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, for said
fiscal year.
Section 4. That the various sums as set forth in the
budget as so amended, be and the same hereby are appropriated to
the various funds for the purposes stated therein.
Section 5. This Resolution amends Resolution 80-21, adopted
November 25, 1980.

Council of the Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, the 9th day
of December, 1980.

OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO, AT 7:30 P.M. ON THE 16th DAY OF DECEMBER,
1980, AT THE TOWN HALL FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE ADOPTION OF
THE 1981 BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF AVON:
A copy of the said Budget is on file at the office of the Town Clerk
and may be inspected during regular business hours.
following this hearing, the Council may consider final passage of this
Budget.
