RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET,
LEVY AND APPROPRIATION
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET AND
MAKING THE ANNUAL LEVY AND I APPROPRI-
ATION FOR THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO,
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE
1ST DAY OF JANUARY, 1981, AND. ENDING
ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1981,
WHEREAS, the Town Manager, designated to prepare the
annual budget for the Town of Avon, Colorado, for the fiscal year
beginning January 1, 1981., and ending December 31, 1981, has
prepared said budget and submitted,it to the Town Council; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council held a public hearing on said
t on December 16th,1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO:
Section 1. That the estimated revenue for the various
funds of the Town of Avon, Colorado, is:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein by this
reference.
Section 2. That the estimated expenditures for each
of the Town of Avon, Colorado, are as follows:

and incorporated herein by this
reference.
Section 3. That the budget for the Town of Avon,
,,olorado,'for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1981, and endin;
December 31, 1981, as heretofore submitted to the Town Council-,
and as changed and amended by said Council be, and the same hereby
is adopted and approved as the budget for the Town of Avon for
said fiscal year.
Section 4. That the various sums as set forth in the
Budget, marked and identified as "Exhibit "A", be and the same
hereby are appropriated to the various funds for the purposes
state herein.
Section 5. That for the purpose of raising revenue for
the various funds, and for paying the appropriations heretofore
wade, and the necessary expenses and liabilities of Avon, Colorado
:here'is hereby levied and assessed upon each and every dollar of
all taxable property, real, personal and mixed, within the said
[own of Avon, which is subject to taxation for the year 1981, for
the hereinafter named funds, the following levy:
