RESOLUTION NO. 80-14
SERIES OF 1980
WHEREAS, Carol S. Richards has submitted her resignation as a
town council member the 8th day of July, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the said Carol S. Richards served as a member of the
first town council and until her resignation; and
WHEREAS, the said Carol S. Richards, her dedication and her
experience, as a council member will be greatly missed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The resignation of Carol S. Richards is hereby accepted with
regret.
2. The deep gratitude of the Town Council and the people of
the Town of Avon is hereby extended to the said Carol S. Richards.
3. A certified copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
Carol S. Richards by the Town Clerk.
ADOPTED the 22nd day of July, 1990.
