No. 1979-27a i TOWN OF AVON RESOLUTION NO. 79-27 SERIES OF 1979 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO, THAT: The utility easements and interior lot lines of lets 13,14,15 and 16, Block #2, Benchmark Sub- division, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, are hereby vacated and dissolved pursuant to the formal request of Buck Creek Associates, a Colorado Partner- ship, and this vacation and dissolution shall consti- tute an. Amendment to the Official Plat thereof filed with the clerk and recorder, Eagle County, Colorado, and recorded in book 274, page 701. This shall only take effect upon the review and approval of quick-claim deeds from Mountain Bell and Holy Cross Electric Association relinquishing their utility easements and of review and approval of a suitable document from Rocky Mountain Cable TV, Inc. similary relin- quishing any claim to a utility easement.
