SERIES OF 1979
A RESOLUTION CONTAINING THE DECISION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
TO DESIGNATE BOETTCHER AND COMPANY AS FINANCIAL CONSUL-
TANT FOR THE TOWN OF AVON.
WHEREAS, the Town Council forsees a need for
the issuance of municipal bonds by the Town for the fund-
ing of certain projects, including, but not limited to,
a municipal building; and
WHEREAS, the Town has not issued such bonds
before and lacks experience in working with municipal
bond underwriters; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has held extensive
interviews with a number of representatives of municipal
bond underwriters; and
WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of the
Town Council to retain the services of a municipal bond
underwriting firm to serve as financial consultants to the
Town,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE TOWN
COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO, THAT:
The municipal bond underwriting firm of Boettcher
and Company is hereby designated as financial consul-
tant for the Town of Avon.
