RESOLUTION NO. 20
SERIES OF 1979
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ZONING OF ALL THE UPPER LANDS,
ALSO KNOWN AS WILDRIDGE AND WILDWOOD, WHICH LAND WAS AN-
NEXED TO THE TOWN BY ORDINANCES 3 AND 7, SERIES OF 1979,
AS SPA, A SPECIALLY PLANNED AREA INTENDED TO ALLOW DEVEL-
OPMENT ACCORDING TO AN APPROVED PLAN ESTABLISHING ALLOWABLE
DENSITIES, USES, REQUIRED PARKING AND OTHER ZONING MATTERS
FOR ALL OR ANY PORTION OF A PARCEL SO DESIGNATED.
WHEREAS, certain land was annexed by the Town
of Avon pursuant to Ordinances Numbers 3 and 7, Series of
1979; and
WHEREAS, the land annexed is known as the "Upper
Lands" and also as Wildridge and Wildwood; and
WHEREAS, the Town has granted approval for the
development of that land according to an overall plan
presented by the developers; and
WHEREAS, there exists within the Town a Zoning
Classification known as SPA, which is a Specially Planned
Area, to allow development according to an approved plan
establishing allowable densities, uses, required parking
and other zoning matters for all or any portion of a
parcel so designated; and
WHEREAS, the manner of presentation and the
decisions of the Town Council with reference to these
lands referred to above are consistent with the treatment
of those lands as SPA;
NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE TOWN
COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO, THAT:

The land annexed to the Town by ordinances 3
and 7, Series of 1979, is hereby zoned SPA and shall
be treated as such according to the plats, Subdivider's
Agreement and other documents submitted to the Town
in connection therewith, and this Zoning Classifi-
cation shall be indicated on all appropriate maps
and plats depicting the area involved.

PUBLISHED ONCE IN FULL THIS 25th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1979.
