AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.20.020 C. OF THE AVON
MUNICIPAL CODE TO ALLOW MEDICAL CENTERS/HOSPITALS AS
A SPECIAL ' REVIEW USE IN THE TC (TOWN CENTER) ZONE
DISTRICT, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 17.20.020 C. of the Avon Municipal Code is hereby amended to add medical
center/hospital as, a special review use as follows:
C. Special Review Uses.
1. Public transportation facilities;
2. Public parking facilities;
3. Time - share, interval ownership, and fractional fee ownership projects;
4. Aboveground public utility installations;
5. Drive - through windows;
6. Medical Center/Hospital.
INTRODUCED, PASSED ON FIRST READING, APPROVED AND ORDERED POSTED,
this 25th day of November , 199 7, and a public hearing shall be held at the
regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Avon, Colorado on the 9th day
of December 91997 , at 5:30 P.M. in the Municipal Building of the Town -of Avon,
Colorado.

PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 97 -14,
SERIES OF 1997:

MUNICIPAL CODE TO ALLOW MEDICAL CENTERS / HOSPITALS
AS A SPECIAL REVIEW USE IN THE TC (TOWN CENTER) ZONE
DISTRICT, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
A copy of said Ordinance is attached hereto, and is also on file
at the office of the Town Clerk, and may be inspected during
"regular business hours.
Following this hearing, the Council may consider final passage of
this Ordinance.
