SERIES OF 1997
An Ordinance Approving the Court at Stonebridge, PUD Amendment No. 1, Tract B,
Eaglebend Subdivision, Filing No. 3, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, Tyler Made Developments, Inc. with the permission of Johm D. Appleby,
Clifford G. Martin, Philip Martin, and the Stonebridge Homeowners Associates, has filed an
application with the Town of Avon to amend the Eaglebend PUD, for Tract B, Eaglebend
Subdivision,, Filing No. 3, to relocate the building footprints of the five remaining units of the
Stonebridge Townhorne development., as described on the Development Plan for the PUD
Amendment No. 1, Tract B, Filing No. 3, Eaglebend Subdivision.
WHEREAS, after notices required bylaw, a public hearing was held before the Planning
& Zoning Commission of the Town of Avon on May 6, 1997, at which time the applicant and the
public were given an opportunity to express their opinions and present certain information and
reports regarding the proposed Development Plan; and
WHEREAS; following said public hearing, the Planning & Zoning Commission
forwarded its recommendations regarding the Development Plan to the Town Council of the - ,
Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, after notices provided by law, a public hearing was held before this Council
on the_ 24th day of June , 1997, at which time, the applicant and the public
were given an opportunity to express their opinions regarding the amended Development Plan;
WHEREAS, based upon the evidence, testimony, and exhibits, and a study of the
,Comprehensive Plan of the Town of Avon and of the recommendation of the Planning and
.Zoning Commission of the Town of Avon, this Council finds as follows:
1. That,the proper posting, publication and public notice were provided as required by law
for the hearings before the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Town Council of
the Town of Avon.
2. That the hearings before the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Town Council
were both extensive and complete and that all pertinent facts, matters and - issues were
submitted at those hearings.
3. That the Development Plan is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan of the Town of
Avon, which designates the land use for this area River Residential use.
4. That the structures and uses permitted by the Development Plan are compatible with
adjacent existing and proposed land uses, and suitable for the site's specific topography,
visibility, drainage, ambient noise levels and access.

NOW THEREFORE; BE ;IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF AVON; COLORADO, THAT the Amended Eaglebend PUD Development Plan is
hereby approved as presented:
INTRODUCED, PASSED ON FIRST READING, APPROVED AND ORDERED
POSTED, this 13th day of May , 199?, and a public hearing shall be
held at the regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Avon, Colorado on the
27th day-of May , 199 7 , at 5:30 P.M. in the Municipal Building of
the Town of Avon, Colorado.
