AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5.08 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE TOWN OF AVON AS IT RELATES-TO MEETIMGS OF
THE LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY
BE IT ORDAINED HX THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AEON
as follows:
Section 1. Amendment. Paragraph A of Section 5.08.350
of Chapter 5.08 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Avon is
amended to read as follows:
"A. Meetings of the local liquor licensing authority shall
be held at the direction of the mayor, generally prior to
meetings of the town council in the council chambers.
Additionally, meetings,may be held at other reasonable times
at the discretion of the mayor,"
INTRODUCED, PASSED ON FIRST ORDERED POSTED, READI11T0, APPAPPROVED ANPOSTED, this lOthday of December 1996, and a public hearing on this
Ordinance shall be held at the regular Meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Avon, Colorado on the 14th day of
J-n ary 1997, at 5:30 P.M. in the Municipal Building of the
Town of Avon, Colorado.
