AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9.16 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF AVON RELATING
TO HARASSMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON,
COLORADO:
Section 1. Repealed. Section 9.16.040 (A)(3) and
9.16.040 (A)(6) of Chapter 9.16 of Title 9 of the Municipal Code
of the Town of Avon are hereby repealed.
INTRODUCED, PASSED ON FIRST READING, APPROVED AND
ORDERED POSTED, this 8th day of February , 1994 and a
public hearing on this Ordinance shall be held at the regular
meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Avon, Colorado on the
22nctlay of February , 1994 at 7:30 p.m. in the
Municipal Building of the Town of Avon, Cplora¢p.
