AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 17.20.030.B.5 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF AVON
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
AVON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment. Subsection 17.20.030.B.5
of the Municipal Code of the Town of Avon is amended to read
as follows:
5. If a special review use is approved as
outlined above, the town council shall be notified in
writing by the recording secretary of the design review
board and the town council shall take final action
granting, denying or granting with conditions identical to
or different from those prescribed by the design review
board, based upon testimony or evidence presented to either
the design review board or the town council. In approving a
special review use, the town council may prescribe
appropriate conditions and safequards in conformity with the
zoning laws of the town, violation of which shall be deemed
a violation of this section.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO, AT 7:30 P.M. ON THE 22ND DAY OF
MARCH, 1983 AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING, 400 BENCHMARK ROAD, AVON,
COLORADO FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE
NO.#83-15, SERIES OF 1983:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 17.20.030.B.5 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE TOWN OF AVON
A copy of said Ordinance is attached hereto and is also on file
at the office of the town clerk and may be inspected during regular
business hours.
Following this hearing, the Council may consider final passage of
the Ordinance.
This notice given and passed by order of the Town Council of the
Town of Avon, Colorado.
