AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBDIVISION
REGULATIONS OF THE TOWN OF AVON TO
PROVIDE A FORM OF TITLE CERTIFICATE
AND TO CORRECT THE FORMS OF TOWN
CERTIFICATES.
Section 1. Amendment. Item C of the Appendices
to Ordinance No. 9, Series o 9, as amended by ordinances
Nos. 8 and 27, Series of 1980, is amended to read as
follows:
"C. Town Certificate:
This Plat, uses, densities, standards
and definitions are approved by the Town
Council of the Town of Avon, County of Eagle,
State of Colorado this . . . . . day of . . .
. . . , A.D., 19... for filing with the Clerk
and Recorder of the County of Eagle and for
conveyance to the Town of Avon of the public
dedications shown hereon subject to the
provision that approval in no way obligates
the Town of Avon for financing or
constructing of improvements on lands,
streets, or easements dedicated except as
specifically agreed to by the Town Council
and further that said approval shall in no
way obligate the Town of Avon for maintenance
of streets until construction of improvements
thereon shall have been completed to the
satisfaction of the Town Council. Approval
of this plat by the Town is a consent only
and is not to be construed as an approval of
the technical correctness of this plat or any
documentation relating thereto.

Section 2. Amendment. Item C-1 of the Appendices
to Ordinance No. 9, Series of 1979, as amended by Ordinances
Nos. 8 and 27, Series of 1980, is amended to read as
follows:
"C-1 Town Certificate (Amended Plat):
This Plat, including vacation of any lot
lines, easements and rights of way, previously
dedicated and not dedicated hereon, is approved by
the Town Council of the Town of Avon, County of
Eagle, Colorado this . . . . day of . . . . .
19 . . , A.D., for filing with the Clerk and
Recorder of the County of Eagle and for conveyance
to the town of the public dedications shown
hereon, the same to supercede the prior Plat,
subject to the provision that approval in no way
obligates the Town of Avon for financing or
construction of improvements on lands, streets or
easements dedicated except as specifically agreed
to by the Town Council and further that said
approval shall in no way obligate the Town of Avon
for maintenance of streets until construction of
improvements thereon shall have been completed to
the satisfaction of the Town Council. Approval of
this plat by the Town is consent only and is not

Section 3. Amendment. Subparagraph (6),
subsection (f), paragraph 4.03.p Section 4.03, ordinance
No. 9, Series of 1979, is amended to read as follows:
"(6) An approval block for the Town Council
and a Title Insurance Company or Attorney's Certificate (See
Appendix C)."
Section 4. Amendment. The Appendices to
Ordinance No. 9, Series o 1979, are amended by the addition
of a form C-3 to read as follows:
"C-3 Title Insurance Company or Attorney's
Certificate:

all lands shown upon this plat and that title
to such lands is vested in:
free and clear of all liens, encumbrances,
taxes and assessments except as folows .
Section 5.
