AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING CODE FOR THE-TOWN OF AVON,
ORDINANCE N0. 79-12, TO MAKE TIME SHARING UNITS A SPECIAL REVIEW!
USE IN THE "TC," TOWN CENTER ZONE.
1,. Amendment. "Special Review Uses,"-paragraph (9'),
"TC-t" Section 3.2, "Chart of District Intent Allowed and Special
Review Uses," Article III, Ordinance No. 79-12, is amended to
read as follows:
"Outdoor recreation; pedestrian
rest areas; indoor recreation;
public uses; private commercial
transportation facilities; time-
sharing units"

2, Saving Clause.
If any part, section, subsection,'sentence, clause or
phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason-held to be invalid,
such decision shall not.affect the validity of the remaining
sections of this Ordinance; the Town Council hereby declares
that it would have passed this Ordinance in each part, section,
subsection, sentence clause or phrase thereof: irrespective of
the fact that any one or more parts, sections, subsections,
sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid,
INTRODUCED, PASSED ON FIRST READING, APPROVED, AND ORDERED
PUBLISHED ONCE IN FULL, this day of , 1981, and a
public hearing on this.Ordinance shall be held at the regular
meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Avon, Colorado, on
the day of , 1981, at 7230 p.m+ in the Municipal
Offices,-of the Town.
