TC Minutes 12-01-19800 6 MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COUNCILMEMBERS HELD DECEMBER 1, 1980 - 4:00 P.M. The Special Meeting of the Town Councilmembers of the Town of Avon, Colorado was held in the Town Offices, second floor, Benchmark Shopping Center, Avon, Colorado. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Alpi at 4:20 p.m. A roll call was taken with all Councilmembers in attendance except Allan Nottingham who arrived late. Also present were Town Attorney John Dunn. ~I- The first and only item on the agenda was the SnowRun Townhouses. Hunter Young approached the Council for final approval of the Mylar for that project. The Town Attorney and Council found problems with the Mylar and the Townhouse Declarations. The title Amendment will have to be changed to read Amendment X64, Subdivision #8. It was suggested that Mr. Young hire an Attorney and draft another Declaration. The access needs to be shown on the plat. Venture 20 will give Mr. Young a seperate easement document. J It was suggested that Mr. Young eliminate the wording relating to taxes and building permits issued by the County of Eagle that are shown on the plat. The wording on the plat relating to parcels should read the same as the declarations. The closest point of the building should be designated as the setback and should be shown on the plat. After some discussion the Mayor stated that Mr. Young have these items corrected and appear before the Council at the workshop and the evening meeting on December 9th, 1980. John Dunn stated that in respect to a letter from George Rosenberg, he does not agree with Judge Rosenberg. The letter was relating to the traffic schedule that was never approved on I-70. Mr. Dunn stated that it can be resolved. There being no further business, Steve Erickson moved that the Council adjourn and Shelia Davis seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned by Mayor Alpi at 4:50 p.m. Respectfully Submitted
