PROVIDED, the work on installing and maintaining any improvements thereto shall be done
with care and with due consideration to the safety of the public. Grantee, by making use of this
Grant of License, agrees to be bound by the terms hereof and to indemnify, defend and hold
harmless the Town of Avon from any damage or injury arising from its use of the same and to
provide evidence of insurance in the amount of $1,000,000, $2,000,000 aggregate.
THUS REVOCABLE GRANT OF LICENSE may be terminated on ninety days
written notice.
