NOTICE OF GRANT OF AUTHORITY TO Governor
ISSUE PRIVATE ACTIVITY BONDS
Be it known that on June 5, 1985 , the Colorado Depart-
ment of Local Affairs did notify The Town of Avon
that The Town of Avon
had been granted an allocation from the Statewide Balance to issue

in Private Activity Bonds. Said Private
Activity Bonds shall be used by the entity to finance costs associated with
PPL Development/Peregrine Village Project
The authority to issue said bonds, granted herein, shall be valid
through September 3, 1985
pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute 24 -32- 1409(4).
This Notice is given in accordance with-.-Colorado Revised Statute
24 -32 -1409.
Moreover, I hereby certify that this grant of authority to issue Pri-
vate Activity Bonds is not a result of any bribe, gift, gratuity, or direct
or indirect contribution to any political campaign. This certification is
given pursuant to Section 103(n) 12(A) of the Internal Revenue Code.

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promises to pay on June 8,
1990, to the order of The City of Avon, Colorado, at such place as may be designated from
time to time, the principal sum of Eighty -six Thousand Four Hundred and No /100 Dollars
($86,400.00) plus interest computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed
in a 365 -dap year, at an annual interest rate of ten percent (10% ).
The undersigned and each endorser, guarantor, and surety of this
note jointly and severally agree to pay this note; guarantee payment of this note;
waive demand, presentment, protest, notice of protest, notice of dishonor, and notice of
nonpayment of this note; consent to the release of any of them by the holder of this
note, with or without consideration or notice; exonerate the holder of this note from
any duty or obligation to make demand on anyone for payment of any security or
delivery of any guaranty of this note or to give notice to anyone of nonpayment
thereof or to collect or sell the same; agree to pay on demand all costs and expenses of
the holder of this note in connection with this note and any security and guaranties
for this note, including without limitation any costs of collection of sums due under this
note, including reasonable attorneys' fees, plus interest on such amounts at the rate set
forth in this note.
No waiver of any right or remedy under this note shall be valid
unless in writing executed by the holder of this note, and any such waiver shall be
effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given. All rights
and remedies of the holder of this note shall be cumulative AND may be exercised
singly, concurrently, or successively. This note shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
