OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO AT 5:30 P.M. ON DECEMBER 9, 2008, AT THE
AVON MUNICIPAL BUILDING LOCATED AT 1 LAKE STREET FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONSIDERING THE ADOPTION OF THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
Ordinance No. 08-11, Series of 2008, An Ordinance Amending Title 10
Of The Avon Municipal Code To Enact A Schedule Of Fines For Parking
Violations, Enact Authority To Boot And Impound Vehicles With Parking
Violations, And Establish A Commercial Core For Increased Parking
Fines
A copy of said Ordinance is on file at the office of the Town Clerk, and may be inspected
during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
Following this hearing, the Council may consider final passage of this Ordinance. This
