AVON MUNICIPAL BUILDING LOCATED AT 400 BENCHMARK ROAD FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE ADOPTION OF THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
Ordinance No. 06-17, Series Of 2006, An Ordinance Approving, With
Conditions, A PUD Amendment Application Amending The Village
At Avon PUD Development Plan By Relocating Planning Area G,
From Planning Area Rmf-1, Filing 3, Village At Avon Subdivision To
Planning Area D, Filing 1, Village At Avon Subdivision
A copy of said Ordinance is attached hereto, and is also on file at the office of the Town
Clerk, and may be inspected during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM
- 5 PM.
Following this hearing, the Council may consider final passage of this Ordinance. This
