NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO, WILL BE HELD FEBRUARY 15, 2005 AT 2:30 P.M. IN THE
MUNICIPAL BUILDING, 400 BENCHMARK ROAD, AVON, COLORADO FOR THE PURPOSE OF
DISCUSSING AND CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING:
1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
2. 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM "Strategic Planning Discussion on Public Improvements for Town Center
District" - Council will hold a special meeting to discuss and provide direction to
staff for strategic public improvements required in the Town Center District, the
area generally bounded by Beaver Creek Boulevard to the north, Avon Road to
the east and Benchmark Road to the west.
3. 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM Resolution
Resolution No. 05-03, a Resolution Approving and Authorizing Application
Submittal to the Colorado Public Utilities Commission for at Grade Crossings
as required by the Town Center Public Improvements Project in the Town of
Avon, Colorado (Tambi Katieb) - Official authorization to direct staff to submit
application to the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Colorado (PUC)
for the two at grade crossing into the Confluence property.
4. Adjournment
AND SUCH OTHER BUSINESS AS MAY COME BEFORE THE COUNCIL. THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC.
