public hearing on the following matter.will be held and considered at the meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the Town of Avon, on September 6, 1994 at 7:30 P.M., in the Awn Municipal Complex, 400
Benchmark Road, Awn, Colorado, at which time and place you are hereby invited to be present and be heard.

115 KV SPECIAL' REVIEW USE
The centerline of a Special Review Use Permit fora 115 KV power transmission line located
within Section 1, Township 5 South, Range 82 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Town of
Avon, County of Eagle, State of Colorado. All bearings contained herein are based on a bearing
of N00'1 0'50"W for the Easterly boundary line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 2 between existing brass cap monuments. Said centerline being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the brass cap marking the center of, the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township
5 South, Range 82 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, thence N001 0'50"W along the Easterly
boundary line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, 422.71 feet;
thence along the centerline of the existing 115 KV transmission line the following three
courses to the true point of beginning of this Special Review Use:
1. S89'37'1 2"E 20.05 feet
2. N32'46'57"E 1580.85 feet
3. S85'59'25"E 1424.55 feet
From said point of beginning, the Special Review Use centerline continues along the following
two courses:
1. 550'14'36"E 723.92 feet
2. 576'22'46"E 1952.76 feet to the point of ending.
At the point of ending, the Special Review Use centerline rejoins the existing 115 KV centerline,
which continues the following two courses to a point on the Easterly boundary of the Town of
Avon being the Easterly boundary of said Section 1.
