APPLICANT: Benchmark Condominium Homeowner's Association. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:Lot#2, Block#2, Benchmark Subdivision, Avon, Colorado. ZONING: This-property is zoned RHLD - Residential High and Low Density. REQUESTED CHANGE: The Applicant is seeking permission to replace the shake shingle roofs on three of the four buildings in this project with metal roofs. It is the applicant's understanding that this is subject to the Special Review Use approval of the Design Review Board and the Town Council. The building farthest north, which is Building D, already has a metal roof, which was installed in the fall of 1981, following a windstrom that tore the shake shingle roof off that building.
