Conflicts of Interest Commissioner Karow declard a conflict of interest with item C of the Consent agenda. V. Consent Agenda A. Commmissioner Macik seconded. The motion passed with Commission Karow abstaing from item C and Commissioner Evans abstaining from item A. VI. Public Hearing A. None scheduled VII. Final Design Review A. Lot 21, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision - Jaap/McVey Duplex [Tab C] Project Type: Duplex Property Owner: William Jaap Applicant: Jim Aden Motion: Commissioner Karow moved to deny the proposed duplex design for Lot 21, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision as depicted on the application and plan set dated received July 20, 1999 be denied based on the finding that it does not conform to Review Considerations 6, and 7 as discussed in the staff report to the Planning and Zoning Commission dated July 28, 1999. Commissioner Sipes Seconded. The motion failed 4-3 with Commissioner Morrions, Macik, Fehlner, and Klein Karow, Sipes, Evan approving. Commissioner Fehlner moved to tabled the proposed duplex design for Lot 21, Block To allow the applicant to study the archt. Style and discuss with staff and enginerring grading issues. Commissioner Sipes seconded. The motion failed 4-3 with Commissioner Morrison, Commissioner Karow, Commission Evans and Commissioner Sipes. Commissioner Morrison moved to approved the proposed duplex dising for lot 21, with the condition that a grading plan be done by a civil engineer and approved by staff. Commissioner Macik seconded. The motion failed 5-2 with Commissioner Karow, Evans, Sipes, Fehlner, Klein, opposing. B.
