The fence will be constructed of cedar and placed along the retaining wall. The AEC request is for a privacy fence as opposed to a 50% open fence and one that is up to 6 feet tall instead of 42 inches. VI. 2nd Tier Code Text Amendments – WORK SESSION Description: Review draft code amendments for 2nd Tier identified sections.
