Zacca Za Restaurant Outdoor Amplified Sound for Entertainment Purposes
Property Location: Lot 2, Filing 1, Village at Avon
Applicant: Paul Ferzacca / Owner: Traer Creek –L2 LLC
Description: Review of a SRU permit to allow outdoor amplified sound for live music on the
property from 12:00 pm until 10:00 pm during the summer months and early autumn until
the weather changes and renders such use unviable. A permit was issued in 2009 and
again in 2010 for the same use.
VII. Text Amendment to Avon Development Code – PUBLISHED PUBLIC HEARING
Description: Amendment to §7.16.100(f), Development Review Procedures, ADC, for the
purpose of clarifying the duration of a Special Review Use permit approvals.
VIII. Town Center Mall Improvements - Design Review
Description: Review of revised design plans related to Town Center Mall improvements
slated for the 2011 and 2012 construction seasons. Work will include: repaving, electric
work, new light fixtures, seating, lighting, way finding, and special event programming.
