Beaver Creek Boulevard Applicant/Owner: Points of Colorado, Inc Description: A request for an amendment to the Lot C PUD to modify the existing property rights and zoning for Lots 2C, 3, 4, and 5 (Phase 1 C). This application proposes to eliminate a 125 -room hotel, and increase the number of time-share units in the project's last phase of development. This application was last reviewed at the July 17, 2007 Commission meeting. VIII.
