MINUTES OF THE LOCAL LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING
HELD MARCH 11. 2003
The Avon Town Council acting as the Local Liquor Licensing Authority for the Town of Avon,
Colorado convened at 5:15 PM in the Municipal Building, 400 Benchmark Road, Avon,
Colorado. Boardmembers of the Authority present were Chairman Buz Reynolds, Board
members Michael Brown, Debbie Buckley, Peter Buckley, Mac McDevitt, Brian Sipes and Ron
Wolfe.
Application for Renewal of Hotel / Restaurant Liquor License:
a) Applicant: Masato's Inc. dba Masato's Restaurant
Address: PO Box 19411, Avon, CO
Operating Manager: Masato Okamoto
Town Clerk McKenny stated everything is in order. Town Attorney Dunn stated everything is in
order. Board member D. Buckley moved to approve the application for renewal of the
restaurant liquor license for Masatos, Inc. dba Masato's Restaurant. Board Member McDevitt
seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
Approval of the Local Liquor License Authority Minutes
Board member McDevitt moved to approve the January 14, 2003 meeting minutes. Board
member D. Buckley seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned at 5:30 PM.
