MINUTES OF THE LOCAL LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING
HELD APRIL 12, 2005
The Avon Town Council acting as the Local Liquor Licensing Authority for the Town of Avon,
Colorado convened at 5:15 PM at the Avon Municipal Building, 400 Benchmark Road, Avon,
Colorado. A roll call was taken and Board members of the Authority present were Ron Wolfe as
Chairperson, and Board members Debbie Buckley, Kristi Ferraro, Mac McDevitt, Amy Phillips,
Brian Sipes and Tamra Underwood.
Report of Changes — Modification of Premises, Public Hearing
NOVA Entertainment d/b/a Loaded Joe's
82 E. Beaver Creek Blvd, Ste 104_ , Avon, CO

Chairman Wolfe presented the first item for consideration as the Report of Changes application
for NOVA Entertainment d/b/a Loaded Joe's. Applicant Kent Beidel presented the details of his
modification of premises as the addition of a deck immediately out the front door. The minor
project application will be considered by the Planning & Zoning application on April 19th. He
noted that the petition was also included in the application. The survey reflected 100% support
of the application. It was noted that the lease did indicate that the boundaries of the premises
were a part of the property leased by NOVA Entertainment, LLC and the owners of the building
were included in the application for the construction of the premises. Chairman Wolfe opened
the public hearing, no comments were made, and the hearing was closed. Board member
Buckley moved to approve the modification of premises; Board member Sipes seconded the
motion and it passed unanimously with a roll call vote.
Consent Agenda
Board member Sipes moved to approve the consent agenda; Board member Ferraro seconded
the motion and it passed unanimously.
