MINUTES OF THE LOCAL LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING
HELD JUNE 24, 2008
The Avon Town Council acting as the Local Liquor Licensing Authority for the Town of Avon,
Colorado convened at 5:15 PM at the Avon Municipal Building, 400 Benchmark Road, Avon,
Colorado. A roll call was taken and Board members of the Authority present were Ron Wolfe as
Chairperson, and Board members Rich Carroll, Kristi Ferraro, Amy Phillips, Brian Sipes and
Dave Dantas. Tamra Underwood was absent.
New Business
a. Outback Steakhouse - New Manager Introduction: Derin Jones
Derin Jones the new manager at Outback Steakhouse introduced himself as the new manager
of the Outback Steakhouse as of December 2007.
Board member Ferraro moved to approve the consent agenda (Minutes from June 10, 2008);
Board member Carroll seconded the motion and it passed unanimously by those present
(Underwood absent).
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned at 5:20 PM.
