MINUTES OF THE LOCAL LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING
HELD APRIL 22, 2008
The Avon Town Council acting as the Local Liquor Licensing Authority for the Town of Avon,
Colorado convened at 5 PM at the Avon Municipal Building, 400 Benchmark Road, Avon,
Colorado. A roll call was taken and Board members of the Authority present were Ron Wolfe as
Chairperson, and Board members Rich Carroll, Dave Dantas, Kristi Ferraro, Amy Phillips, Brian
Sipes and Tamra Underwood.
RENEWAL OF LIQUOR LICENSES
a. Applicant: Wal Mart Stores, Inc. d/b/a Wal Mart Supercenter#1199
Address: 171 Yoder Avenue, Avon, CO
Manager: Laddy Light
Type: 3.2% Beer License (off premise)
It was noted that all materials were in order for the renewal of the license. Board member
Dantas moved to approve the 3.2% Beer license for Wal Mart Stores, Inc. d/b/a Wal Mart
Supercenter #1199; Board member Phillips seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

2008); Board member Phillips seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
