Letter of Agreement
Between
EGE Air Alliance and Town of Avon, Colorado
The Town of Avon ("Town") is pleased to provide funding to the EGE Air Alliance in fiscal year 2020. The work of the EGE
Air Alliance is important to the Avon community and, on behalf of Avon's residents, the Avon Town Council would like to
express its appreciation for your contributions to the Avon community by awarding Town funds as described in this Letter
of Agreement.
The purpose of this Letter of Agreement ("Letter") is to formalize the understandings for the Town's financial contribution.
Agency: EGE Air Alliance
Town of Avon Contribution:
Cash: Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00)
Funding Term: January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020
Scheduled Use of Funds: January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020
Funding Conditions:
• Consult with the Communications & Marketing Manager with respect to the appropriate use of the Town logo and
brand, including the placement of the Town logo on marketing and promotional materials
• Provide the Town with an invoice in the name of the EGE Air Alliance not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expected
date of payment.
Town of Avon Responsibilities:
The Communications & Marketing Manager is the responsible representative for the Town and for overseeing the EGE
Air Alliance's Community Partner Funding. The Communications & Marketing Manager should be contacted with any
questions: Elizabeth Wood, Communications & Marketing Manager, (970) 748-4087, ewood@avon.org.
Nothing contained in this Letter shall constitute a partnership or joint venture between the Town and EGE Air Alliance or
designate EGE Air Alliance or any of its employees as employees of the Town, and thereby, EGE Air Alliance, its
subcontractors or any person directly or indirectly employed by it are not entitled to Town's worker's compensation
benefits or any benefit contemplated by a Town employer/employee relationship.
