• The Communications& Marketin Manager is the responsible representative for the Town of Avon and for overseeing
the ' project administration. The Communications & Marketing Manager should be

• Ninety percent(90%)of the grant funds will be paid within thirty(30) days after receipt of invoice. The remaining ten
percent (10%)will be paid upon receipt of the Post Event/Project Report and submittal of an invoice, unless agreed to
otherwise by the Communications & Marketing Manager.
Nothing contained in this Agreement shall constitute or designate the Eagle County Humane Society or any of its
employees as employees of the Town of Avon, and thereby, the Eagle Valley Humane Society, its subcontractors or any
person directly or indirectly employed by it are not entitled to Town of Avon worker's compensation benefits or any
benefit contemplated by a Town of Avon employer/employee relationship.
