PZC Res No. 93-1 Stone Creek SRUTOWN OF AVON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 1 SERIES OF 1993 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE TO ALLOW FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ONE ACCESSORY APARTMENT IN ADDITION TO THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE DENSITY ON LOT 4, BLOCK. 2, BENCHMARK AT BEAVER CREEK SUBDIVISION, STONE CREEK CONDOMINIUMS, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO WHEREAS, Jim Poppleton, on behalf of Stone Creek Condominiums, has filed application with the Town of Avon for approval of a Special Review Use to allow for construction of one accessory apartment in addition to the maximum allowable density on Lot 4, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County Colorado; and WHEREAS, Lot 4, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek Subdivision is zoned Residential Medium Density (RMD), in which one accessory apartment in addition to the maximum density may be approved as a Special Review Use; and WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Avon, pursuant to notices required by law, at which time the applicant and the public were given an opportunity to express their opinions and Present certain information and reports regarding the proposed Special Review Use application and has determined that the proposed use: 1. Otherwise complies with all requirements imposed by the Zoning Code; and 2. Is in conformance with the Town Comprehensive Plan; and 3. Is deemed compatible with adjacent land uses in the area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Avon, Colorado, hereby approves a Special Review Use for construction of one accessory apartment in addition to the maximum allowable density on Lot 4, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek Subdivision, Stone Creek Condominiums, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado.
