TC Resolution 21-05 Approving Case #PUD21001, a Minor PUD Amendment to Lot 61, Block 4, Wildridge SubdivisionA Avon COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 21-05 APPROVING CASE #PUD21001, A MINOR PUD AMENDMENT TO LOT 61, BLOCK 4, WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Jeff Manley, ("Applicant'), on behalf of LS 5150, LLC, has submitted a Minor PUD Amendment Application ("Application"), for Lot 61 Block 4 Wildridge Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Application was reviewed as a "Minor PUD Amendment" pursuant to code section 7.16.060(h)(ii) and 7.16.060(h)(iii), Avon Development Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission held public hearings on February 2, 2021 and February 16, 2021 after posting notice of such public hearings in accordance with the requirements of section 7.16.020(d), Step 4: Notice, Avon Development Code, and considered all comments provided; and WHEREAS, after holding a public hearing on February 16, 2021, the Planning and Zoning Commission made a recommendation that the Town Council approve the Application; and WHEREAS, the Avon Town Council held a public hearing on March 9, 2021, after posting notice of such public hearings in accordance with the requirements of Section 7.16.020(d), Step 4: Notice, Avon Development Code, and considered all comments provided; and WHEREAS, the Avon Town Council considered the review criteria set forth in section 7.16.060(e)(4), Avon Development Code for a Minor PUD Amendment, and 7.16.060(h)(4), Additional Review Criteria, and found the Application in compliance with the Review Criteria. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO: Section 1. Recitals Incorporated. The above recitals are incorporated herein by reference and adopted as findings and determinations of the Town Council. Section 2. Approval. The Avon Town Council hereby approves Case #PUD21001, a Minor PUD Application for Lot 61 Block 4, Wildridge Subdivision, Town of Avon, State of Colorado. ADOPTED ON MARCH 9, 2021.
