NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF AVON
Notice is hereby given that the Avon Town Council will conduct a public hearing
for the purpose of considering ORDINANCE 19-09 APPROVING A MINOR PUD
AMENDMENT AND VESTED RIGHTS EXTENSION FOR LOT 1, RIVERFRONT
SUBDIVISION. The public hearing will be held on November 12, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.,
or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Avon Town Hall, 100 Mikaela Way, Avon,
Colorado.
The full text of the ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the Town
Clerk in the Avon Town Hall during normal business hours and can be viewed on
the Town of Avon’s official website, www.avon.org.
