Public Comment 10-09-2018 AppealDear Town Council:
I am Hugh JOYCE - President of the tool Beaver Creek Point HOA and a part time resident at 2013
Beaver Creek Point. I traveled from Virginia to express my extreme concerns about this project and
request that the variance and panel structure by denied in person. The attached documents should
help support our positions for HOA denial of the project due to safety, design, landscape, view
corridor and other issues.
All 4 Homeowners have voted against this project in its current form. We will approve solar on the
roof or on the ground and wish to work with Malhide on options to fulfill their goals but this current
project is the wrong approach.
Please help us maintain the community we all work hard to protect by upholding the planning denial.
