FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
The Town of Avon, Colorado, is pleased to provide a financial contribution to the Eagle County Charter
Academy, in conjunction with the 181h Annual Eagle County Charter Academy Golf Tournament, which will be
held on May 21, 2o18. The terms of the financial contribution are as follows:
Town of Avon
Contributions:
1. $goo.00 paid in lump sum, within 3o days, after receipt of a letter stating terms of the Agreement have
been completed, and receipt of an invoice
2. 15o Town of Avon/Alpine Bank -sponsored reusable bags
Eagle County Charter.Auder_n_.y.
Eagle County Charter Academy shall:
1. Use the cash contribution for one or more of the following improvements at the Eagle County Charter
Academy:
• Installation of a sun shade over the Kindergarten playground
• Widening of entrance road sidewalk
• Upgrade of laptops for the STEM program in grades 5 through 8
2. Distribute Town of Avon/Alpine Bank -sponsored bags, each filled with a Town of Avon special events
calendar insert, to golf tournament participants. It is preferred that the bags be distributed to area
residents who are likely to shop in Avon.
3. Display a Town of Avon banner at the golf tournament.
4. Showcase the Town of Avon logo on all marketing materials, both print and digital, for the golf
tournament.
5. Mention the Town of Avon as a key financial contributor during opening remarks and announcements
throughout the golf tournament.
6. Recognize the Town of Avon at the after -tournament wrap-up announcements during schoollparent
assemblies.
7. Submit: a) A letter upon completion of the Tournament stating all terms of this Agreement have been
met; and, b) An invoice with W9.
Signature below acknowledges all terms of Agreement.
