Tuesday, December 20, 2016
I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:05pm.
II. Roll Call
All Commissioners were present except Commissioner Minervini.
III. Additions & Amendments to the Agenda
There were no additions to the agenda.
IV. Conflicts of Interest
No conflicts of interest were disclosed.
V. Work Session – Comprehensive Plan Amendment
Summary: Pages 48-60 of the Comprehensive Plan– Section IV Goals and Policies were
discussed.
VI. Approval of Meeting Minutes
December 4, 2016 Meeting Minutes
Action: Commissioner Bonidy motioned to approve the meeting minutes and Commissioner Howell
seconded the motion. It passed unanimously.
VII. Staff Updates
Staff discussed applications which will be presented in future meetings.
VIII. Adjourn
The meeting was adjourned at 7:18 pm.
