Re: Lot 5, Block 5, Wildridge Subdivision — Color Modification
On June 17, 1997, the Planning & Zoning Commission approved a color modification for the
above townhouse project. The approved colors were:
• Body — SC — 12 "Creekstone" (existing color)
• Trim — SC — 28 "Triverton Blue"
The color applied to the base was SC — 19 "Cloud Grey" instead of the approved "Creekstone".
The applicant is now requesting approval for the "Cloud Grey".
It should be noted the "Cloud Grey" is the same color being requested at the August 19, 1997
meeting by the homeowner's association for neighboring townhouse building on Lot 11, Block
5, Wildridge. That review was tabled to September 2, 1997.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the requested color modification from SC — 12 "Creekstone" to
SC —19 "Cloud Grey"
