Re: Lot 11, Block 5, Wildridge Subdivision — Color Modification
On August 19, 1997, the Planning & Zoning Commission tabled this color modification request
due to a lack of information. The requested colors were:
• Body — SC —19, "Cloud Grey"
• Trim — SC — 28 "Triverton Blue"
It should be noted the "Cloud Grey" is the same color painted and now being requested by the
homeowner's association for neighboring townhouse building on Lot 5, Block 5, Wildridge.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the requested color modification to SC — 19, "Cloud Grey" for the
body color and SC — 19 "Triverton Blue" for the trim.
