Condominiums Light Plan Approval Extension
On May 21, 1996 the Planning & Zoning Commission approved The Beaver Creek West
Condominium Association's parking lot lighting plan with the following condition:
1. Elimination of on e light fixture on the south corner of phase II and moving over one fixture
on the southeast corner of phase IV.
The applicant has now requested an extension of that approval (please refer to the attached letter
dated February 23, 1998
Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the requested one-year extension.
