YES STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Should the Commission approve the application, the following conditions are recommend: 1. The fuel storage tank be removed on or before January 31, 1995. 2. The applicant provide Staff with Fire Department Approval for the placement. 3. The tank be fully screen from public view and adjacent properties. INTRODUCTION: Terramont Builders is requesting approval for temporary placement of a fuel tank. The purpose of to heat the stucco on the building. They are requesting approval until the end of January of 1995. STAFF COMMENTS: The Design Review Rules, Regulations and Procedures stipulates, in Section 6.24, D. 1., "Oil, gasoline or liquid petroleum gas tanks will not normally be permitted on or aboveground. Temporary installations for a period not exceeding 2 years may be approved provided the installation complies with all applicable regulations and is fully screened from view form all public right-of-ways and neighboring properties." The Fire Department has not reviewed this request. Their approval will be required for the placement of this tank. RECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Introduce Application 2. Applicant Presentation 3.
