STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the proposed boulder wall, the entry lantern with meters and the color and
materials for Lot 19, Block 3, Wildridge as submitted.
INTRODUCTION:
Brian Vedder has submitted revised plans for the boulder wall and the entry lantern. Color
and material samples will be provided at the meeting.
STAFF COMMENTS
The boulder wall has been broken up into three sections with plant material throughout the
wall.
The entry lantern contains the meters on the elevation facing the retaining wall.
