Approve the design modifications as submitted for Lot 22, Block 1, Benchmark at Beaver
Creek.
INTRODUCTION:
Jeff Spanel, on behalf of Joberg Holdings Ltd., has submitted an application requesting
modifications to the existing building on Lot 22. The modifications will consist of the
removal of an overhead garage door and replace with a man door with a window and 2.8'
by 4' window. The addition of two windows is the modifications.
STAFF COMMENTS:
The windows on the West will match the existing windows. The man door on the rear
elevation will have a window, which is not found on the other doors on this elevation.
The proposed window is also a new style introduced on this elevation.
