YES RECOMMENDED ACTION Approve design modifications for Lot 3, Block 5, Wildridge, Big Sky Townhomes with the following condition: 1. All modifications match approved colors and materials. INTRODUCTION: Peter Kyle has submitted an application for design modifications to the Big Sky Townhomes. Following are the modifications: 1. Add window on the south elevation of unit 1; 2. Add window on north elevation of unit 5; 3. Delete window on south elevation of unit l; 4. Add window on west elevation of unit 1; and 5. Create decks over the garages on units 1 through 4 including railings and doors. STAFF COMMENTS: The modifications are compatible with the existing architectural style of the project. The application states all modifications will match the existing colors and materials The decks over the garage are utilizing the flat roof of the garage. It will not be open to below, therefore, there will be no dripping or ice build up in front of the garage entrances. DESIGN REVIEW CONSIDERATIONS: The Commission shall consider the following items in reviewing the design of this project: 1. Conformance with the Zoning Code and other applicable regulations of the Town. 2. The suitability of the improvement, including type and quality of materials of which it is to be constructed and the site upon which it is to be located. 3. The compatibility of the design to minimize site impacts to adjacent properties. 4. The compatibility of the proposed improvements with site topography. The visual appearance of any proposed improvement as viewed from adjacent and neighboring properties and public ways. 6. The objective that no improvement be so similar or dissimilar to others in the vicinity that values, monetary or aesthetic will be impaired. 7. The general conformance of the proposed improvements with the adopted Goals, Policies and Programs for the Town of Avon. RECOMMENDED PROCEEDING: 1. Introduce Application 2. Applicant Presentation 3.
