L85 B4 WR Home DesignPlanning & Zoning Commission
Staff Report
Submitted for the May 20, 1995 meeting
Date June 16, 1995
Review Type Final Design Review
Project Type Single Family Residence
Location Lot 85, Block 4, Wildridge Subdivision
Introduction
The Commission reviewed this project on June 6, 1995, and tabled it in anticipation of revised
landscape plan, paint colors and front entry design.
Staff Comments
The landscape plan has been modified by reducing the number of trees on the north side of the site
and distributing additional trees around the house. The entryway design has been modified as well.
A revised color scheme will be presented at the meeting on Tuesday.
The driveway design still crowds the east lot line, and could result in disturbance of the adjacent
lot. If the design is accepted, a retaining wall will be necessary to avoid encroaching on the
neighboring property. And upon further review by the Town Engineer, the driveway entrance
grade appears to be incorrect, reflecting a slope greater than 40%. Since the designer is out of
town for a family emergency, staff has been unable to follow up on this particular issue. For
further information and recommendation regarding this plan, please refer to your staff report from
the June 6 meeting.
If you have any questions regarding this or any other project or community development issue,
please call me at 949-4280 (extension 129), or stop by the Community Development Department.
Respectfully submitted,
Michael Matzko
