Introduction
This is a design modification for a residential duplex. The modifications to the building include a
new roofline and sod roofing. Modifications to the site include new retaining walls along the
driveway.
Staff Comments
This project was approved by the Commission on May 16th.
The driveway on the revised plan now encroaches on the utility and drainage easement to the east,
and south. At a minimum, the excavation for this alignment will encroach on adjacent properties,
plus the easements are effectively reduced in width.
Recommended Action
Regarding the building modifications, staff has no recommendation. Regarding the driveway
modifications, however, staff recommends that the driveway be restored to the alignment as
approved.
